Returns and refunds

Returns within 30 days

Contact info@aliciaherrera1988.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, order address, reason for the return, and photos if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Where to send your return

Returns go to our central warehouse in Asia. Please wait for our instructions and the exact address. Do not ship to the sender address on the original parcel. You pay the return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Return condition

Return the item with all original pieces and accessories, in good condition. Items subject to hygiene requirements must be returned in appropriate condition. We may decline a return if there is reasonable evidence of incompatible use, damage, or handling. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly with photos so we can review it before you ship it back.

Orders already shipped

Once your order has been prepared or shipped, we may be unable to stop delivery. Contact us first, then follow the return instructions after delivery.

Refunds

Once received, returns are normally inspected and processed within seven business days. We refund the original payment method whenever possible unless another method is agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery method may be nonrefundable where permitted by law. Reasonable deductions may apply to incomplete or unrecoverable returns where permitted by law.

Applicable withdrawal rights

Where the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, the period begins when you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, receives the last item. Email us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and follow our return instructions. Applicable law governs refundable amounts and responsibility for return shipping.
